We all encounter strangers in everyday places from school to the grocery store or just taking a walk.
A stranger is any person the child does not know. Sometimes we need to ask strangers for help. For example, if you get separated from your parents at the store, you will need to ask someone to help you find your parents. While strangers can be helpful, some of them can also be dangerous. It is important to know the difference between good strangers and bad strangers.

All human life is a gift from God and is sacred. The fifth commandment, “You Shall not Kill” is based on the belief that all life is sacred, and we must respect and protect human life. We must value life in all that we say and do and treat people with dignity.
Jesus asks us to be peaceful, not angry. Anger can lead people to say and do things that hurt themselves and others.
Bullying is when someone keeps doing or saying things to have power over another person. Some of the ways people bully other people are by: calling them names, saying or writing nasty things about them, leaving them out of activities, not talking to them, threatening them, making them feel uncomfortable or scared, taking or damaging their things, hitting or kicking them, or making them do things they don't want to do.
Have any of these things happened to you? Have you done any of these things to someone else? Really, bullying is wrong behavior which makes the person being bullied feel afraid or uncomfortable.
